This agreement sets out the basic licence terms for European Truck Manager and Prolumi: Project Room. Any mandatory consumer rights and applicable storefront conditions continue to apply.
Agreement and scope
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between the person or organisation using the software ("you") and Prolumi Interactive ("we", "us" or "our"). It applies to European Truck Manager, Prolumi: Project Room and their associated software components, updates and documentation, unless different terms are expressly provided for a specific product or version.
By installing or using a product where this Agreement is presented as applicable, you agree to its terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the product; contact the relevant seller about any available statutory or store-based remedies.
Licence grant
Subject to lawful acquisition of a licence and compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product for its intended purpose on devices permitted by the applicable purchase and distribution terms. The software is licensed, not sold as intellectual property.
The number of permitted installations, account sharing rules and device entitlements may be determined by the storefront or licence type through which the product was obtained.
Permitted use by product
European Truck Manager
European Truck Manager is a game intended for personal entertainment. You may play and create in-game saves in accordance with the licence and platform rules. This licence does not authorise commercial redistribution of the game or its assets.
Prolumi: Project Room
Prolumi: Project Room is desktop project management software intended for personal and professional project administration. You may use it to manage your own or your organisation's projects, estimates, expenses, reports and documents, subject to the applicable licence and any device or seat limitations. Using the software for business purposes does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
Restrictions
Except where expressly allowed by applicable law, you may not sell, sublicense, rent, distribute or make unauthorised copies of the software; bypass licensing or access controls; or reverse engineer, decompile or modify protected components beyond what the law permits. You must not use the software or related services to distribute malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
Nothing in this section restricts non-waivable rights, including rights under applicable interoperability or consumer legislation.
Intellectual property
Prolumi Interactive and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the software, original graphics, branding, code, documentation and other protected materials. Third-party libraries, assets and services may be subject to their own notices and licences.
You retain any rights you have in information and original content you enter into Project Room, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
Saved games, project data and backups
European Truck Manager may store gameplay progress and settings. Prolumi: Project Room may store project information, financial records, working-time entries and documents that you choose to enter. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and appropriate handling of information you add to the software.
Where data is stored locally, you are responsible for managing device access and appropriate backups. We recommend maintaining copies of important project data and verifying exports or backups before removing or replacing software or devices. We do not guarantee recovery of deleted, damaged or unavailable local files.

Updates, features and availability
We may release updates, corrections or new versions to improve functionality, compatibility or security. Features and system requirements may evolve. Some features may depend on a third-party operating system, store or service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every planned feature will be released.
Any legally required conformity updates, remedies or obligations remain unaffected by this section.
Distribution platforms, payments and refunds
Products may be made available through Microsoft Store, Steam or other authorised marketplaces. Purchases, licence verification, account entitlements, payments and refunds may be governed by the relevant marketplace's terms and policies. This Agreement does not replace those terms where they apply.
Nothing in this Agreement removes your mandatory statutory rights regarding digital content or services, including applicable rights to remedies for non-conforming products.
Warranties and liability
We aim to provide functional and reliable products, but software may contain errors or be affected by differences in hardware, operating systems and third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information entered by a user, unauthorised changes to software, or failures of systems outside our control, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Termination of licence
The licence may end if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to remedy the breach where required by applicable law. Upon valid termination, you must stop using the software and remove copies where legally required. Termination does not remove rights or remedies that have already arisen under mandatory law.
Where a marketplace manages access to a product, its applicable account and entitlement procedures may also apply.
Governing law and consumer protection
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of their country of habitual residence. Nothing in this Agreement prevents a consumer from using courts or dispute-resolution procedures available under mandatory applicable law.
Contact and changes
We may update this Agreement for future product versions or where necessary for legal or operational reasons. The version applicable to a particular purchase or installation remains subject to applicable law and the terms presented at the relevant time.
