This Privacy Policy explains how Prolumi Interactive ("we", "us" or "our") handles personal information in connection with our games, software, digital products and website. It applies to European Truck Manager and other products published by Prolumi Interactive unless a product has a separate privacy notice.
1. Controller and contact
The controller responsible for personal information covered by this policy is Prolumi Interactive, Finland.

2. European Truck Manager
European Truck Manager does not require a Prolumi Interactive user account to play. Prolumi Interactive does not intentionally collect personal information directly from the player through the core game unless a feature clearly informs the player otherwise.
When the game is obtained or used through a third-party platform such as Microsoft Store, that platform may process account, purchase, licensing, device, diagnostic, achievement or other platform-related information under its own terms and privacy policy. Processing performed independently by a platform provider is governed by that provider's privacy practices.
3. Information we may receive
- Your name, email address and message contents when you contact us.
- Information you voluntarily provide for support or when reporting a problem.
- Technical information you voluntarily provide to help investigate a support request.
- Basic server and security logs generated by our hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, request time and requested page.
4. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To investigate technical problems, abuse, fraud or security incidents.

Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not knowingly use our products to collect personal information from children except where a feature expressly states otherwise and applicable legal requirements have been addressed.
